
Well, tomorrow after 10 PM, I am starting a 4 week fast. I have done one before, and I am excited to start one again. It really is easier than dieting, and it helps shrink the stomach and change the perception of food. Plus, it cleanses one internally.
I have been prepping for it, but somehow have kept 23 of the 25 pounds off - believe it or not. I know I am meant to be thinner than this, and it is frustrating right now. I look at my small wrists and smaller ankles. They tell a huge story, don't they?
Think of how easy food logging will be . . .
