The daily post (or, DAMN YOU, ROTEL, and your dancing peppers!!)

So, I have found that emotions still do have the best of my eating. I think we are all prone to it at times, and fasts are exercises in that self-control necessary to overcome.

As you can see from the previous post, last night was not so great. I just felt so empty so suddenly. So, I broke my fast. I have had some decent control all week, but that was the end. Seriously, I got very ill (too fast, not right food), but I got right back on it today, or at least I will once I finish some Rotel/Velveeta dip with multigrain, low salt chips. I have two fasting friends joining me on Monday, but I am not putting off the return. I have begun again.

And, no, mine did not have amphibians on the edge of the bowl. I stole this pic from kidscuisine.com. I also didn't sleep last night. I hope I am coherent.
