Does anyone remember "Bonanza Bunny"? It's a 1959 Bugs Bunny cartoon where Bugs is in the Klondike with his bag of gold "rocks" and Black Jacque Shellac (who always reminded me of a former PM) wants to win it? They choose to play cards. Bugs stays on one card. Black Jacque figures he has won because Bugs stays on one card. Black Jacque flips his cards - 20 points. Bugs flips his one card, "Twenty-one. I win." Yes, the 21 of hearts. Tricky.
Well, the only reason I remind you of this is that I have lost 21 pounds now since the second week or so of January. So, 21, and I do win!
Eating has been healthy. Husband has been gone this week, interviewing for an attending position up in MI. I realize without him around, I eat a bigger lunch and hardly anything for dinner. Go figure!
PS The "gold" really is rocks. At the end, Bugs intones, "You can have so much fun with some old rocks and some yellow paint!" (Kinda - haven't seen it in YEARS!)
