I tell ya, controversial as it may be, fasting is the way to go. No hunger. I drink just a little iced tea in the morning, then sip iced or lukewarm spring water when I need to. I also have herb tea in the morning if I wish (mostly just nettle). My hands and feet are cold, but I feel amazing! My sinuses have been moderately clear the past two days, too. It could be the weather, it could be the water. Who knows?! But I am now up to 31 pounds.
Even the turtles are smiling!
