Today's stolen DIET TIP, plus some musings

It's amazing how Facebook can bring back memories. Some good, some bad. Let's face it - when you get to be my age, connecting with others is awesome, until you realize how many years it's been since you have last seen that person. Sigh. The burden of years.

We put in a bid on a house yesterday. I haven't officially announced it to family or friends yet, except on here, because we don't know what will happen. It is NOT one of the ones I photographed Easter weekend (see FB), but instead one we loved but figured was a bit out of our price range. Our agent told the selling agent that it was WAY overpriced. Then called us yesterday to bid. It's amazing, truly. And on almost 11 acres with a 3 car garage and two stall horse barn. Sigh. The burden of wanting.

If you pills, normal (eg, multivitamin and essential fatty acids). Attention exaggeration, though - especially with medicinal plants. Too much of anything is a bad thing. You can use food scientists, but increasingly on its own to buy - and maintain this involvement to a minimum. Also note that not specifically with vitamins and minerals.
